On the floor, to the left of the brake pedal under the carpet on early C-3's, then on the turn signal lever (pull) on later C-3's.

no really, I thought it was in the battery compartment behind the drivers seat.
Joking apart mate... It is the same lever you use for signalling right and left, just pull it towards you...

Hey E_Tar, Big_G was right, he wasnt messing with him. The early C3's really did have the headlight dim switch on the floor near the brake pedal. It was foot activated. I know my 72 is like that and I think the 74's are also.

Well, most of my cars have been from the 90's with the exception of my '76 Z, which all have the hi beam switch on the turn signal switch.

Your either really young or never owned a car when growing up. I was just like you in reverse once upon a time. I couldn't find that dang dimmer switch in the floor, it was gone. Where did they put it. It was an engineering nightmare, some nitwit put it in the turn signal, what an inconvenience. couldn't resists.
