Just curious. The "how rare" thread made me think of this

Only 1,664 (4.3% of the total production) were painted Bright Green.

Some reversible mods made to an otherwise original car.

Perhaps the rarest chrome bumper big block C3 except ZL1:

Convertible
Tuxedo black w/brite blue int.
L71: 427/435 hp
PW
PB
PS
Rear window defrost
Turbo 400 ("CY" trans)

The rarity is in the color and the options not usually assocated w/the solid lifter tri-power big block:PS, PB, and CY automatic (1 of 255, '69 only). Rare enough that many Corvette enthusiasts disbelieve this combination was factory. Fortunately I have excellent docs.

This is a project car coming back together, strated it up for the first time a couple of weeks ago.

as far as i know, mines about as low end as you can get.

On my 71 I have the pretty common ps, pb, posi. About the only rare option is the rear defroster. I believe less than 2000 were made in 71.

They had a lot of stuff standard in the later cars but my '80 has a few additional options:

Power Locks
Glass T-tops
Rear Window Defogger
HD Shocks
Cruise Control
L-82
Aluminum Wheels
White Letter Tires
AM/FM/8 Track
Power Antenna
Dual Rear Speakers

Basicaly everything but the CB, Rear T-Top carrier, and Towing Package
so I guess you could say "Loaded"

We have the same options.
Mine was a stripper also.
Convertable with a hard top
AM/FM (I only had front speakers and one amp on passengers side-if it was stereo, I have no idea)
4 speed
No power anything
Just a base corvette. Thats it.

79 L82 with most available options (I think): AC, PS, PB, PW, Cruise, Tilt. Suprisingly everything still works, even the clock.

Comp Cams 270 Magnum w/matching springs

With the 3.08 rear it makes this a great cruiser, very easy to drive around town, but still enough motor to get most peoples attention.

Here is a picture just after the body on restoration a few years ago.
