i wouldnt let it leave if it was a customers.

course, if it was a customers, they would have bought the best clearcoat out there, not this abomination that I tried out

note for future reference, avoid dupont nason clear coats

clearcoat fogged up...


tried to wetsand it and reclear it.. the entire hood turned dull

apparently with this clearcoat, you cant put it on thick like you can with the Chroma Clear or PPG line.. the thicker the coat, the worse it fogs

just because you know which way to point the gun doesnt mean your professional... ..made a living this year from paint?

welll this begs the question, what dod you use on the rest of the car, and why did you change or why did you fix something that wasnt broken

I used Chroma Clear on the rest of the car, I changed because this stuff was lyin around from a past project I did, had good results with it before but now it just decided to f with me.

as for fixing somethin that wasnt broke, It actually got pretty badly scratched from storage over the past year, so I tried to blend and thats when my downfall began
