Did You Miss Me?
Hey all I finally got a chance to get online and check in. I'm here training in Fort Jackson, S.C.
I can't wait to get back home and work on the vette. I't will be the first time I try to pull a engine by my self, any pointers for a clueless newbee?
And just out of curiousity what is your personal favorite engine for a nice weekend driver/show car? I had been thinking about a 383 stroker, but the common(not to mention cheaper)350 would easier for a technically challanged person like me

I remember my days long ago at Fort Jackson where I went through basic infantry training.
We referred to Fort Jackson as the Army's sandbox. Went from there to Fort Ord in California on the Monterey peninsula for advanced infantry training and it was like a difference of day and night.
