Wow! Those are Fenton Fanjets. circa mid-70s. Yours is the only other C3 I've seen in 20 years of ownership of my car. I also got them with my car way back when I bought it. You can check the back of them and they should say Fanjet. They are very rare and I've only seen one or two of them on the net for sale. Take good care of them.

Those are Western Wheel 30-spoke turbines and I have them on my '64.
They come in 15x7 (what I use) and 15x8.5. The 15x7 have 3-3/4" backspacing and I think, the 8.5s are about the same. You will need a 1/8" spacer to clear the disk brake calipers (at least I did with the 7"s). The 7"s work for the mid-years while the 8.5"s are better for the sharks. (All the pics other than mine, show the 8.5"s.)
They came with a center cap that was fluted to carry the turbine theme (kind of like the ralley center but without the dish). They are a universal design that fits Chevy/Chrysler/Ford between 4.5" and 4.75" lug spacing. They were also OEM on Z-28 Camaros in the 70s and a similar version was used on Ford Crown Victorias.
In the old days we could pick up a set of 4 for $80-$100, have them blasted and polished and paint in the spokes. Now you can't find a set of the centers for under $100. (Centers are rarer than the wheels as they were "chrome" plastic that deteriorated.) I prefer the fake metal spinner and many people think these are Corvette knock-offs at a glance. These wheels do continually come up on epay.

I'm still betting that they are Fentons. I have the 15 x 8.5 inch on mine and they clear without spacers or adapters. Look at my pic and look at his wheel. Identical. Check the back of the wheel to see if it says Fenton or Fanjet.
