New Guy - old questions
Just bought a 78 Silver Aniversary Classic White L48. I have crawled in and out, over and under, and all through the car. Everything is matching. My questions are ....
1) on the trim tag the paint code lists 10L....whats the L for (feel free to call me stupid).
2) Can anyone tell me what the original spare looks like, brand, etc. or send a pic.
3) Can anyone tell me what an original tow package looks like or send a pic.
I have found the build sheet on top of the gas tank but have not yet lowered the tank to get it. I can see it but just haven't got to it yet. In the process of taking off the spare tire holder and inspecting the frame I have found two extra sets of keys in leather pouches. One was clamped down to the frame near the headlight assembly and the other was taped to the top of the spare tire holder.
Besides a little rust underneath the car runs great.

Code 10 is Classic White.
The L stands for "lower". It's a carryover/usage for two toned cars where L is the lower color and U is the upper color.
It's used even if your car isn't two tone. Chuck
