Bubba got me!
I've had a noise in the clutch that I thought was the throw out bearing.I was just about to order a clutch but I got under the Vette first just to check things out.Well don't ya know it,Bubba changed the starter and forced the inspection cover in so it was rubbing the crank flange.I still need to replace the cluth rod springs but at least the noise is finally gone!

Don't you love actually finding a bothersome noise and getting rid of it?
I had a metallic rattle last week. While adjusting the carb I realized I had left a pair of pliers in the trough between the windshield and the firewall. :o
