when I bought the car, I was thinking all i really needed was the brakes & a major paint job, the car ran ok, and with a little work I would be able to get it to run great, I ran her to about 95 mph and it felt like I did not have full control of the stering,so I have to have that checked out, was able to take some pics under the car and needs work all so, but I guess am in it for the long haul, so it will be a little longer and more money than I thought before I have her like I would like.
Your underside looks in purdy good shape for the cars age. How is the frame in front of the rear wheels? What do you want to do under there? Welcome to the world of Corvettes, it will absorb your spare time and expendable income. This forum is an excellent place to get info on whatever project you are doing. There is always someone here who has been there and done that. Have fun and enjoy your car!
thanks, I will try to get more pics, I just want to have a real sweet car when am done. I know it's going to take time, some times I think I shoud have bought one allready done.
Nice car, looks to be overall in pretty good shape. One thing to consider while you're working on the car, since you haven't owned it long, is to try to keep it on the road. Fix things that you can do in a weekend or two, and keep driving it until you really get to know the car. Get a good feel for that car, then make decisions on the major jobs. Have fun. Good luck.
