not sure how much pipe insulation is in the plumbing section, but that was also an idea one of the guys gave me.

In a pinch, you can use foam pipe insulation from Home Depot or similar, sticking it to the radiator with double sided (golf grip) tape, but it looks like you used foam pipe insulation with double sided tape at the end of the day. Pop for Doc Rebuild's- it is an excellent kit!
