Great looking motor.
You must be justifiably excited.
Good luck with it, and many troublefree miles of cruising.

Give us the specs on the parts and motor. What oil pan is that? Is it stroker clearanced?

I'm putting together my ZZ383 and I want to change a few things like the pan, water pump, etc...

if you look at the second picture you can see that i have the engine set to TDC and i have the rotor pointing to number 1 on the dist. cap its easy setting the timing on this engine becuase there isnt a vacume advance like there used to be but instead i set the computer to tune mod and set the timing to 30 degrees and then take it out of tune mod i have to go on a bike ride with my brother tomorrow and then i have duty on monday so i might not have this thing running till tuesday and once i get it running i will post a new video of it running
