he was supposed to be discharged in September after 6 years and
already had a job lined up.

i used to go the Navy football games back in the early 80s, i had a bunch of friends from the Navy Yard in SE when i worked at HQ in DC, actually consumed many beers at the O club there.....now i feel old.....man has that area changed in the last two decades
