Man, it's gonna be a long day...eight hours behind the desk with little to nothing to do... - 'cept "Corvette'n here on the Forum

I work for a government contractor, the government is off today and tomorrow. Only a handful of folks are working here today - those of us saving vacation days.

Well, only 8 hours and 15 minutes to go...

I'm here

going to be a moderately slow day here too. I work in an asphalt testing lab for an oil company and most of the stuff we do takes several days to test. Cant start nothing cant finish nothing. We got a little busy work to do but that will only last about 3 hours. Hopefully the boss will let us go home a little early today

I think the ONLY good thing about working today, will be knowing that I'm one day closer to owning a Vette!

Working here too, work for reposession company, make sure you keep up those payments on your vette or I might be giving you a call. I'm sure most of you own outright.

I did my honey do list over the weekend...had 11 scoops of mulch delivered, still got 1 ~ 2 scoops left to move; in the yard, hard at it by 0630 to beat the heat.

Doing some maintenance on the '82 Friday at a "Tech Night" with our local club...fuel filter, O2 Sensor and tranny fluid/filter.

7 hours to go.... 6 if I don't take lunch

Payments...we don't got no stinking payments..., not for the cars anyway. Having a garage builder doing a site visit at my house later this week...I'll have payments on that .

Default I am on site...

and watching my job queue.

Not much coming in so, what a suprise, I am here on the forum.

Most of the problems are with users trying to "work from home" (yeah, right) not being able to connect to the company network.
If they did it more than three times a year it might be easier.....

I just had a user ask me what her password was

Man, can't imagine having a payment on the vet with all the cash I have to dump in it

Do you guys do it like in the movies....or is it just ring the bell, get the keys and take the car...I would imagine that there are a lot of nutcakes waiting for you when you take their ride!

I'm here at work also. I just came in until DPS gets their computers fixed (I hate the lowest bidder) so I can get some more endorcements added to my drivers license, then back to the Corvette for some more time sanding the first light coat of primer (you can see every flaw you missed once the primer is on).
