Everyone else will tell you that they are the best to do business with, I thought that until I asked them to personally inspect a part before they ship it and they were kind of tacky with me and blocked me from doing anymore business with them on Ebay. You can do a search, I made a post about it.

They have got the interior market cornered somehow- good prices there.
Their customer service is a little lacking though. I am going to start using the smaller vendors when I can. There is a local vendor here in Dallas that I have had great luck with :
www.classiccorvettesparts.vstore.ca
He doesn't mess much with interior stuff but he does sell/service just about everything else. He will be doing my trailing arms soon.
The main thing I like about the smaller outfits is that they tend to care about their customers when there is an issue.

I've had only positive experiences with them. Are you considering dropping a ton of cash or something?

I have used classic corvette parts, great people and unheard of customer service I have also spent about 3K with wilcox you can't beat there prices on interior or trim, they sell corvette america parts cheaper than corvette america does. I have had great service and very knowledgeable people on the phone.

I was gonna wait till later to start a new thread on Willcox, but this is the perfect time. I have only GREAT things to say about Willcox. They have been very helpful and very prompt with communication on any issues I have had. I recently purchased some new vinyl seat covers and it ended up that the last owner had replaced the seats in my 76 with 68 seats so the covers were not the same and neither were the seat backs. The customer service person worked with me back and forth sending pictures and finding out what I actually had. They accepted back the wrong covers and shipped my the correct ones. I have purchased quite a few things from them off of Ebay and have had great results each and every time.

All of my correspondence with them has been through email and they have usually responded back within an hour. I even got emails from their customer service after 10:00pm at night and it was not an automated response but a specific response to my question.

I have had no need to communicate with them over any issues.
My complete carpet set at $206 shipped was all I really wanted.
I haven't openned the box yet - but unless it's not a black carpet - all is good.
Check out the Ebay offerings from them if not in a hurry.

Please post a thread after you install your new carpet so we'll all know if the quality is as expected.
Thanks!

The floormats that I got from them recently were superb and the vinyl seat covers appeared to be exactly like the originals.

I ordered a new door skin from them right after their website came on line.
Got a phone call to clarify my order and shipping price.
Then an email with a tracking #
plus they were the cheapest for the door skin

I've had good service from Wilcox, good prices and good shipping practices which is important when parts are coming into Canada. The last items I bought was a power steering hose set, it was shipped from Corvette America through Wilcox and was cheaper than CA 's normal price? I'll stick to them and Corvette World. They both rule with me!
