What brand & number of plug are people using in the 350/300 HP engines? I tried the owners manual recommendation of R43 & I have bad fouling on one plug. I went to AC R45 and it's better, but still has some problems.

The hotter heat range is designed to burn off the crud and prevent fouling. If you still have fouling with the 45's you might want to try some Autolites. I have had better fouling resistance with those.
The plugs may be telling you something else about your engine so maybe you have issues elsewhere.
