Default Book for intake ID?

I am trying to ID an intake manifold I just pulled off. I know that the QJ that was on it was from a 79.

The intake casting number is 346249GM The row below it is a 10.

The other thing that strikes me as odd about it is that there is a sheet metal cover on the bottom of it that appears to be riveted on.

Suggestions for a resource that I could look it up in?

My resto book indicates manifold is a 75 thru 78 cast iron used on
L-48 engines.

That is standard for GM manifolds.

So it was the right manifold.

What book were you looking that up in? Does it have info on all of the cast parts? I am looking for a reference where I don't have to bug yall for info.

I have the "Corvette Restoration Guide, 1968-1982 " by Richard
Prince. Has just about all the casting numbers, code numbers production numbers, etc. that folks are usually looking for. A pretty
darn good reference book in My opinion. There are usually a couple
for sale on fleabay, 27 to 35 price wise.
