Mine never quit, they just won't turn off. I have two in the garage right now that 'idle' all the time. This seems to be the most common problem with them, anyone have an idea how to fix that?
What exactly did the sander do when it quit working? As far as the sander that won't shut off, the valve that the trigger pushes open is probably worn or stuck. You should be able to get that part.

have you been spraying it a lubricant when you use it??? if not spray some lubricant in there and let it sit for a while...can you physically move the disc around and spin it?
Yes, definitely put a few drops of oil in the fitting every day. Something internally may be froze up. Seeing if the disc spins shows nothing. The disc will spin independently from the orbital mechanism. If you try to move the orbital mechanism and it doesn't move, you may have to take it apart. Sometimes the mechanism will stick where air will just flow past the vanes.

Constantly. I spary lub after every use and if I'm running it for hours, intermittantly.
