A couple of different ways. If you are fortunate to have found a legible copy of the Corvette Order Copy (tank sticker) it will indicate on it if car was ordered with F41 suspension.
Second way, is to look at rear leaf spring and front coil springs and shocks. Rear leaf is 7 leaves for HD suspension and 9 leafs if standard suspension. Front coils will have a yellow tag, black lettering with HD part number, standard coils use a green tag with black lettering and different part number.
Shocks are different and use a large washer on top mount and rears actually use a different mount spindle, larger diamenter hole and different casting number than stock shock mounts.
