Default Stolen tri-power, still missing...

The intake 3937797, carbs list 4055 and 3659, and air cleaner for 69' 427/435hp. They would be dated around Jan to first week Feb. of 69, they were in mint condition, hardly used and may have small yellow grease pencil writing on them, if not removed already. It was stolen/originated from NE Ohio (Lima to be exact). So if you run across one and something seems fishy about it and where it came from, it could be mine.

I know this is a frivilous attempt to recover it, but I've been on the hunt for this for last 3-4 months and still have no clues/leads. I have a few suspects, but no proof. I've been checking ebay everyday hoping the person is stupid enough to ebay it and still nothing. Matter of fact I haven't even seen a set up dated close enough to even use in last 3-4 months. I've been checking locally and talking to lot of car guys, swap meets and nada. So figure I would just throw this out to the vette community, and put a bug in peoples ear, in case someone by chance runs across it and I could trace it back to the thief.

Thanks

Roughly mid January to first week of Febuary this year. Ironic it's same time frame/date code of the tri-power. It's sad that my dad had it for about 34 yrs, and not even 2 months after he passed someone got in there and stole it. Some things never cease to amaze me in life.
