Thanks here also. This was a fun event and I was sure, up to the last minute that Twin Turbo was going to come in first. Thanks to all who voted for me.

I'd also like to thank the forum vendors for the prizes they put up. It's nice for those of us in the trenches to know that the people we buy from really do care.

Now, speaking of caring, I'd like to address this to Tom Dewitt. Tom, if it's possible, I'd appreciate it if you took my award and converted it into dollars which could be contributed to the forum St. Jude's charity fund. I know I'm putting you on the spot by asking this publicly but I always feel that when good fortune comes your way you should try to spread it around. And God knows St. Jude's can put the money to better use than me. If that's not possible maybe we can auction the gift certificate off and donate those proceeds. In any event thanks for helping to support this event and thanks too to Msvettman for putting in all the time to organize it.

It's unfortunate our little show took a left turn along the way but that should not detract from the fact that all the entries are fantastic and all are winners in my book.

That is a great gesture but I don't want to start something that could get out of hand. The idea of the award was to give people discounts on the purchase of radiators. If you don't need or want a radiator, then feel free to transfer the award to someone that does.

wnjlt1, that is an incredible gesture, thank you! I dont want you to lose your prize though. If you just absolutely dont need a radiator in the foreseeable future I will accept your gift with utmost appreciation, but even if you are just thinking about upgrading/changing down the road, please keep it because you have certainly earned it.



to fill everyone in that didnt see the other post about it, my radiator sprung a leak on me. it isnt a bad leak, but it has been just enough to run down and sit on my radiator support...so guess what else I get fix? lol. must of been going on for a few months. I had an overheat last month and refilled the radiator, but couldnt see where it was leaking because it is just a few drips(for now). the joys of owning an old car....

I can appreciate your position Tom so here's what I'll do. The first person who pledges $75 to St. Judes gets the $150 gift certificate. That way it'll be like a 50/50. For $75 you net an additional $75 discount and I'll tell Tom to transfer it to you. Send me a PM if your interested. . Again Tom thanks for the gift.
