One of the exhaust tips sticks out further than the other one...
Dunno, it sure looks good, FYI there's about 50 forum members in Clearwater/Tampa/StPete who could probably check it out for you in person, plus some of the best shops around if you needed to have it checked professionally (Van Steel, VBP) If you post over in Regional/Southeast section you could ask someone.
My mom lives there too but she knows squat about 75s.
It looks very nice from the pics. You will have to put on a 2-1-2 exhaust system with catalytic converter to pass emissions, if that is relevant in your area.
- It does NOT have the correct exhaust configuration (the '75 did not have a true dual exhaust).
- It doesn't have the correct wheels (those look to be '78 Pace Car rims, or at least look-alikes).
- It doesn't have the correct rear bumper.
- It doesn't have the correct rear bumper emblem.
- Some emissions equipment is missing.
- Chrome air cleaner lid is not original.
What could make it interesting is that it appears to be a low option car (no power brakes (even though the ad claims that it has them), no power windows, no tilt-tele). If that is original, then that could make it a somewhat uncommon car.
From the pictures, the car doesn't seem in bad shape. It wouldn't be worth $24k to me.

The '75 rear had individual letters 'C', 'O', 'R', 'V', 'E', 'T', 'T', 'E', rather than one emblem that said 'Corvette'. Also, the letters were set in individual indentations in the bumper.
'76 had two styles of rear emblems/rear bumper. I believe that the '77-'79 bumpers were the same as the later style of the '76 bumper.
