I like the engine swap, thats a plus........

Just not a big fan of guage swaps.........especially afro engineered set-ups like that.

But def a fixer upper and has potential

i know the auction said the LS1 was from a firebird, but im pretty sure the TAs didnt even put out 400hp.

am i wrong in thinking that this was probably from a FireHawk instead?

he claims it has a Z06 cam or a copy of it.. so therefore he is obviously claiming Z06 power....probably a fair amount less in real life. though the Z06 is a 500 hp car...but this is a different motor...either way its not a bad looking project to pick up...interior is a bit rough but servicable....

probably not that bad of a deal actually. Would be a great jumpstart for someone wanting a LS1 based car

I agree and when you look and the "Buy it Now" price of $9,800 it really is a good deal. LS series engine, 460 series overdirve trans, assuming the frame is decent add another $2500 in interior work and detailing it would be real nice realiable fun car to drive. I am going to watch this auction just to see what it goes for...
