The "buckets" are easy to rebuild with a kit from ZIP...about 19 bucks each. Each bucket has 3 parts....2 rubber seals and a metal retainer.
The smaller relay valve(s)....I am not sure it can be rebuilt. I have had luck with spraying the rubber seals in the relays with lubricant....it causes the dried out seals to swell and they stop leaking vacuum.
Give it a try.
