Probably. Earlier cars (68-74) had unpainted trim tags. During the '75 run, a change was made on the workstation where the trim tags were attached. The station was moved from the assembly line to the paint shop where the tags were installed on the body between the first and second color coats. Not sure if this change included all 75s, but it's possible your trim tag got painted.
I take it you have a 75 does yours have the spark plug chrome metal
covers on all eight cyl mine only has them on the firewall back four plugs does yours have all four?
