Carlisle event moving rumor?

Carlisle event moving rumor?
An friend told me that this will be the last year of Covettes at Carlisle and that it will be moved to York, PA since the Army War College bought the property? Has anyone else heard this?

rumors... I don't think anything has been settled yet. They are negotiating with their neighbor (the military) about parking. Lance Miller addressed the rumor in a thread somewhere a while back.
