engine VIN help
could someone help me figure this VIN #? it is TO316HCR, the block casting (3858180) is telling me it is a 327 from 1964 to 1967, the heads (3890462)tell me they are "dbl bump 2.02", I have been told this is a "vette motor", but I cannot find the match to this #.
