headlight stuck up???
started the car up after doing interior resto and lights went up but the passengers side stayed up....... do i have a blown actuator???? drivers side was done 8 months ago...

were you doing anything behind the dash?
i've had my dash off several times and have noticed that if i don't put it back on just right a hose gets pinched or something and the head lights pop up as soon as the car is started and they don't go down untill i loosen up the dash and reposition the hoses.
