Pipe hangers
My exhaust is about on year old. So I'm cleaning it up. They used good clamps such as this..
as I instructed so I can easily pull the exhaust for tranny/ engine work. But they also used regular u-clamps, cheap, rusted POS. Their attached off those frame mounts that hold the pipes so that they pass thru the exhaust cutouts without touching. It looks like the clamps above would not work becuase their too big to fit that area. Again all those U-clamps are doing is holding the pipes dead center so they don't touch the sides of the cutouts. If I wasn't at work I'd take a picture of it.
