Ah, an attempt at humor, it almost makes you laugh......
Yes you are perfectly correct, it is your driver's door, my passenger. A point of parlimentary procedure though, it would still be the LH door even if you are not sitting inside the car.
My repairer wants to replace it but I may source a skin for it instead. the shell appears to be OK. Any leads appreciated.

Keep your door and purchase a door skin. Much less weight to ship.
