chrome or not
good morning everyone , i have a question and hope someone knows the answer, i have a 71 coupe and was wondering if the side louvres were actually chrome under the paint, the top edges are are chrome and thought the rest of the louvre might be also as it would be hard to just chrome the edges , anybody familiar with this , TIA

All chrome under the paint. FWIW: it isn't particularly good quality chrome. You'll also find "chrome" under the black paint on the speedo/tach bezels, parts of the center cluster bezel, and the console trim plate.
