Default 68 rebuild

I have a 1968 427/400 tripower 4 speed roadster w/numbers matching. The car is presently undergoing a complete professional restoration. The only original document I have is the owners manual. I don't have any other documentation for the car. Do anyone know of a way to research the car and obtain docs or recreate docs for this car using the vin number.

Do a google search.
There are companies that will sell you a reprint of a Tank Sticker and also the window sticker if you supply them with the details of your car.
You can also get all the manuals, stickers, and decals from many of the aftermarket vendors and from a guy named Dave Strickland on the NCRS Technical Board. I'm referring to things like the radio card, the emmisions card, the labels that were on the trim rings when shipped, etc. It depends on how fussy and how original you want to get.
Some of the items are quite costly and some are less expensive.

The restoration shop, if they have Corvette experience, should be able to get you any info you need.
