Sagging Drivers Side Mirror Repair Help???

I searched the entire C3 section to no avail. My drivers side mirror sags on me when driving. I have to constantly adjust it back up again. Is there a way to tighten it up or does it need replacement. If replacement is my only option, who makes the best??
