Tilt wheel ignition buzzer
I have a 71 with tilt wheel. I see on ebay the key buzzer switch , part
# 26022717. Is this correct? I don't know, as it list for years 69-81 and I thought it changed about 76. Any ideas if this is correct or do I need to look elsewhere for the correct part. GM direct list it , but I don't know if it will fit.

I am afraid that you will have to look elsewhere. That switch 26022717is the key buzzer switch for a 1977 through 1982 (or later) T&T steering column and is still available through GM dealers. It is different from the earlier T&T column switches.
The key buzzer switch for the 1969 through 1976 T&T is very rare. The last that time I checked, Corvette Steering Service had NOS listed as S69. Dr. Rebuild had NOS listed as 2187411. And Steering Columns Galore Inc. had some used switches.
