need to replace my interior pillor post covers.tried to find them in my AIM but couldn't. do i need to drop my dash pad to replace em...

I had to remove my pads to get the dash out..(72 LT-1), so, my answer would be no...Muddy

I replaced them on my 73 without taking apart the dash. Just the windshield visors, and some screws from the header panel, that was it.
