Default Al Knoch Rocks!

I finally got my custom 2-tone leather seat covers and matching armrest that I ordered at the Carlisle show this year delivered. All I have to say is everyone who's mentioned their seats are the best quality is dead on, these are sweet! I have the new foam and install kit as well, can't wait to get them done and in the car!

I just put in some Oyster Leather seats from Al in my 80 along with his carpet {blue} and its good quality...very happy with it..barely a week old.Just gotta keep it clean now..

Oh and the new foam will feel quite a bit different until it gets broken in..its like your sitting on top of your seat more than in it.But its good.

The Carlisle show special was worth the trip, the seat covers were shipped free of charge as well:

leather covers - 350
seat foam - 170
install kit - 25

Dale from Al Knoch helped me out, he was extremely helpful and great to work with getting the order squared away, both on the phone prior to the show and at the show itself. Kudos to Al Knoch

I must be the unlucky few. I bought almost an entire interior from them at Carlise. I received them a few weeks back but they weren't what I expected at all. Maybe they rushed through the orders from Carlise. I contacted their customer service and sent them pictures of all the "defective" interior parts, they are redoing almost all of them again. Hopefully, this time will be better.

That's no good to hear, that and a look at their website has gotten me a little concerned because sending things back and getting them redone isn't really a viable option for me.

Have a look at their testimonial page, their testimonial is someone saying how they were stuffed around, I know in the end he got what he wanted but it certainly isn't the kind of testimonial that inspires me with confidence: http://www.alknochinteriors.com/testimonial2.htm

Well, like their testimonial, their customer service is correcting the problems now. I spoke with their production manager and he's going to personally inspect all the parts before they are shipped.
So far I still have high confidence in them (at least until I receive the parts again). If you do decide to order from them, I would definitely talk to someone (Dale or Arturo) there to make sure they inspect the parts before they ship them overseas.
