Default Kansas members - need help.

OK guys, you all may remember my truck was totalled due to a drunk driver. Now I need a new one. It looks like there's a good deal on a 2006 2WD Silverado SS at a dealer on the web, but it's in Kansas and I'm in Georgia. Anyone close by that would mind taking a look for me?
I talked to the dealer and he said it was bought new from them and the owner traded it back in due to the gas mileage. It's been back on their lot for 48 days. Check it out:

Man that is a pretty good deal. Go to the Mountain - Prairie section under Events & Regional. There are alot of good people that live around Wichita that might be able to help.

I guess I could probably take a look at it for you, if you have any specific questions you want answered, let me know. May not get to it until Thursday. Don't know how you could go wrong here. Makes me suspicious that they even have it but we'll see.

I'm sorry I did not see your post until today (Friday).
I am still considering buying that truck, but I'm a little concerned about the salt roads out there in the winter? But, with less than 5K miles, I wouldn't think it would be a huge issue. Anyway, if you get a chance to look at it, I would be in debt to you and will compensate you in some way.
Do you have any knowledge of this dealer?
PM or E-mail me if you can still help.
Thanks!
Scott

I live 15 miles North of Wichita. With only 5,000 miles, it has probably never seen salt. They only put salt down a couple of times last year. I have never had any rust problems on my cars - salt is generally only used on elevated roadways and some intersections. Sand is used most of the time. Good luck.

Thanks Dave. That makes me feel a little better.
We'll see what happens.
