Default Engine Code Help

Does anyone know of an engine code like this?
T02111LM
I know the T is for the plant the 02 is Feb. The 11 should be the day. The 1 is that the year? Also I cannot find the LM in any books.

Thanks

"LM" is a 69 427/390 hp Vette block. Seems that last "1" is an extra number from all the sources I have. Is it a BB engine, if so, what is the casting date on the block and the block #? Later.................B

TO = TONOWANDA or is it "T" = Tonawanda ?
LM = 427 / 390 4spd for 1969
uncertain as the rest seems like too many numbers, usually the month then the day mine is TO401IM
APRIL 1st
4-1
maybe the 21st of NOVEMBER ? 11 being the 11th month ? OR ???? is it FEB 11th of 1971 the "1" being "71" ? didnt think the years were a part of it but..........ya never know ??? mines a 68 427/400 4spd & "IM" is the same for a 67.......i also thought only big blocks were built in TONAWANDA ???......what year are we talking about, & do you have a photo ? got me thinking now.....!!! this is interesting ..........awaiting the answers with you !!!

Its confusing the block casting number on the back left side is 380817
The only number I find on Mortec is a 380817 which is a 400 it is for sure a small block but my casting number is for sure a 380817 not a 330817.
