Anyone using cocomats?

They were popular in the '70's and I see they're still aound in a new version with vinyl or rubber backing. Does anyone have the newer cocomats and what is the quality like?

These are floor mats made from coconut fibers. They're a bit unique-different from your conventional carpet type mats. Check it out: www.cocomats.com.

From the small amount of pics I could see on the site they look pretty decent. I would love to see some up close shots and larger pics of them. The herringbone set looked really nice but the pic was terrible and it didnt show anything up close.

I had a set in my old Porsche. They seemed to be more "fitting" for that car if that makes sense. I really liked them - they were tough as nails and lasted 10 years or so in daily driving...

I purschased a new 1980 MGB Limited Edition back in 1980, and it came with Coco-mats as a dealer installed option.

I really liked them, basically because they were different.
