72 project...
Just got this one. 72 vert. Had it repainted, now working on the details. runs great! Car seemst o be all there, not abused, but highly neglected.

you must be a doctor the way you protect it while you work on it .
I did mine just the opposite did all the work then paint .
I'm not sure which is best . I was told a long time ago always have a good looking ride and you will never give up on it unlike an ugly one .
you have a very nice vette keep up the good work habits.

That blue looks really good. Should be a fun winter project. This is going to be a keep I am guessing since you had it painted. I started with a neglected car and love it.

Actually, that modified car cover is a GREAT idea. Keeps the paint safe ALL OVER!!! If I had done that after new paint, maybe I wouldn't be fixing so many chips
