So is it stuck or just hard to fish out? you may need to remove the brake line, mine was a Pits to fish out from behind the line. I use an air hammer to deal with that sort of thing. you can use a long chisel and a hammer

so the bolt is stuck in the t/a then........ if you are doing new bushings/etc.... get a propane torch and heat up the rubber and melt it out...... that should also help expand the sleeve that the bolt is sluck in
