Since I grew up in Orange County Calif, ( The OC ) I still have the local Los Angeles network stations on TV via satellite. I remember seeing news spots of that crash for a few weeks and lately, nothing has been said on any of the networks. The person that talked about it the most was one of the girls on FOX "Good Day LA". She lives near where the crash happened and would comment almost daily about it. Nothing has been said in quite some time.

Yeah, kinda fell off the map for awhile. Makes me wonder what compelling evidence the defense had to have 2 jurors hold out?

You obviously have never been on a jury in SoCal. Not trying to disrespect you. It is really amazing that anyone gets convicted. My wife was on a case a few years ago, and one of the jurors was some kind of a pastor, so the judge specifically asked him if he would have a problem applying the law. he said no, but when the voting was 11 to 1 to convict, he said that he just "couldn't" send anyone to prison. Oh well, another criminal on the street. No way to tell if the case was re-tried or not.
