What Helmet?
I assume that the vette will be running somewhere in the 12's. What Snell or type of minimal rating will I need to use to legally drag race at the track? I just want an open face one. Thanks

I would THINK any HJC snell approved 3/4 face motorcycle helmet would be all you need.
For full face helmets it's unfortunate that the Z1R helmets aren't snell approved.
They've actually been test proven that they provide more protection than any other helmet made because they're plastic and absorb more of the impact instead of just acting like a hard shell.
But if you just want something inexpensive an HJC 3/4 face is your best bet.
