Joel Rosen (Motion) was going to make some of those high end Camaro repros like that. Maybe this is an artist rendering of one of them?

The artist who designed those, Kris Horton, and I graduated high school together. We played in band together too. He has also designed a pretty sick looking '70 or '71 Chevelle.
