Took 65 or so pics. Besides the 71 ZR1 convert,(1 of 1 ), there was a 95 ZR1(#0001 of the last year). 88 Challenger car. 86 Konner commemorative. 87 Callaway B2K. 82 collector. All of these with window stickers, never on the road. Also a red 54, 57 black fuelie. This dealership was the largest vette seller in the country for 20+ years. Sold the buss about 10 years ago. Gary kept a few toys for himself though

Sounds like a very nice collection of vettes there. I would love to see more pics if you don't mind posting them.
No way I could buy a new vehicle and not drive it. I just bought a new truck about 3 weeks ago and already have over 1300 miles on it. If I were to buy a new vette it would be the same way. Kudos to those that have that type of self restraint, it is certainly not me.
Looks as though you had the opportunity to look at some interesting cars. Thanks for posting the photos.
The limited information that I have on these cars claims seven coupes and one convertible. To be honest, I don't know what the original source of this information is, but it has proven to be pretty accurate so far. So far, five coupes and the one convertible have been located... The other cars are probably still out there somewhere as well. For whatever reason, the ZR-1s and ZR-2s seemed to have survived better than their L-88 counterparts of the late 1960s.
I bought my first new car from that dealership....a 1968 Camaro convertible.
Thanks Dennis....I wouldn't mind if you posted a few more pics.
Thought about your car when I was there. It's the same color combo. Do you remember that red 54 that used to sit in the display window on the second floor? Got some pics of that too.
Took 65 or so pics. A bunch of the 71 are over on the NCRS board. The 95 ZR1 is here on the ZR1 board, and when I finally upload all the rest, I'll post. Some good C-4 pics
