ot- quick question....tradmark/logo
i filled out a form to register my tradename/logo and it's been over a week/2 and was curious how long it takes..... all i did was have a lawyer do the application from an on-line site..... i guess i get sent a copy then sign it...i have no clue..... but i havent heard anything from the lawyers/website....... what should i do.... i sent 2 emails already

I have a couple copywright/trademarks. I have always done it myself online, cost less. the process takes time cause the govt agency researches it before it can be issued to make sure there is not a problem with encroaching on another. The last one took about 6mos to get the paper work back approved. Hope this helps.

Do it yourself next time at www.uspto.gov
A friend did the paperwork for his company almost a year ago. Still waiting.
