Did all 80-82`s come with power windows as standard?

Can an 81 be converted to non power?

Sure it can be done. just replace the regulators with manual units, add in window cranks and your good to go. Sell the old parts, always someone looking to upgrade

CF ran an article recently on a 79 with factory manuals...looks weird with the handles sticking through the now-useless map pockets.
