I ordered some parts from Pattie today; this lady was very pleasant and knew all the angles for giving great discounts--and great products for frosting on the cake. I know where more of my overtime money is going to go: VBP!

Got my November order in just before close on the last day of the sale. I even screwed up something on my on-line order and they called my home to let me know they discovered my screw up and fixed it for me.
What great folks.
VB&P gets my vote and MY MONEY.
More of the vendors that are talked about here need to take a lesson from VB&P. It wouldn't take much of their time and effort and would improve their reputation.
Keep up the good work at VB&P - I have another order coming this month.

I recently ordered a ton of stuff from Pattie as well for the very first time. She was so pleasant to deal with and very customer friendly. They had definitely earned my repeat business.

VB&P rocks - I found a great deal on a used dual-mount spring, and Pattie went above and beyond helping me get a few odd and ends that I needed to get it back together.

got my parts from Pattie and she was graet...called her up afterwards and told her that there was one thing I wanted and diddnt get, the VBP sticker for my tool box!!!Well she sent me a sh*t load of stickers and I couldnt be happier with em...Pattie is a cool chic in my book

I bought my vb&p performance plus suspension from pattie, and I love that kit. I just bought the c-3 sport brake kit under the novemeber sale also, and I can't wait to get it.

After seeing the spreader bar install post a few minutes ago, I think I'll be ordering one of those as well.
