OK here's the deal. I am in college and want to buy a C3 project. The only problem is, I don't have anywhere to put the thing. I don't have a garage and my landlords wont let me have a project car sitting around in the yard. I thought about renting a self storage unit, but those are hella expensive. If I were to get a unit, what size would you suggest me getting? Does anyone have any other suggestions of what I could do? Thanks.

How about trying to make contact with a local Corvette club or any car club where a member and you might be able to come to some kind of a garage arrangement. Somebody might be willing to help out a fellow car enthusiast if they knew what you were trying to do. You have nothing to loose by asking around. It would require a level of trust on the part of both parties involved.

I forgot to add that I would like to have enough room to do a frame off restoration. Those are pretty good ideas, Kurt, havn't thought of that. Thank you
