Great customer service from....
About 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 cans of paint from www.por15.com one can of orange engine paint and a can of manifold coating. Had not arrived yet so I emailed them. Less than 30 minutes later, Kevin called me from the company. Said that UPS claimed that the address was not complete. My point is ...UPS probably screwed this one up and that is to be expected occasionally, but The folks at por15 immediately created a new order....canceled the charge on the old order and shipped it this morning. You can't beat this type of service. I will buy from them again and recommend them. It's hard to get decent service anymore, especially when something gets crossed up. These guys stepped up to the plate.

There are still a few organizations that understand “Word of Mouth” is the most powerful and effective form of advertising known to man…It only cost them a few bucks to make things right and as a “Satisfied Customer” you promptly spread the “Good Word”….. IT WORKS!!!!….Just wish more vendors saw things the same way.

Thanks for the tip on Por 15.
So many vendors act like customers are an inconvenience rather than the only rerason they are in business.
Nice to hear something good about a vendor.
Word of mouth advertising such as yours, based on actual experience, is far better than any commercial marketing hype any day.

Update.....They called back a 2nd time this afternoon to tell me that they have shipped a duplicate order TODAY...went out on the afternoon UPS shipment .....
then they emailed me a copy of the cancelled charge on the missing order and a copy of the new order................AMAZING !

I ordered from them before, the starter kit for $16 or so.... arrived a few days after I ordered. Seems to be great stuff.
Three weeks ago I called Microsoft and complained about my wireless mouse, they verified the serial number and sent me a new mouse.... they did not even want a receipt or the old mouse back ??????
Another good experience was www.shutterfly.com - I ordered 20x30 prints and USPS crushed the cardboard tube and folded the prints.... shutterfly sent my new photos out the same day
