Body Mounts
The rear Drivers side fender seems like it sits a little low. I have a larger gap at the top of the trailing edge of the door then the bottom.
It would seem logical that the person installed the mounts in the wrong locations if they do come in different heights.
Any thoughts?

I bought poly cushions and shims (fender washers from Homedepot)
I replaced all body mounts and left the bolts loose (only used them to position the body mount cushion)
With the wheels on the floor and the body on the mounts I verified that all cushions were tight. I added shims to those that were loose or removed shims from the tight ones until all 8 were tight.
Tightened all bolts - body sits just fine, no differences left/right....
The cushions are all the same thickness, check if the previous owner added too many shims to the driver's side front mount.
support or the steel support it bolts to is rotted and drooping down.
I might be wrong, but this is the first place to look.
On the door gap, sometimes adjusting the door position at the hinges
can equalize out to an acceptable alignment. Yes, you can shim the
rear (#4) body mount to raise the rear and close the top of the rear
door gap, but I would try moving the door a bit first.
Door alignment is tricky ... usually takes many small tweaks to get it "right".
