Wheel Torque for TTIIs

Default Wheel Torque for TTIIs
I purchased a set of TTIIs from Newstalgia. They indicated the proper torque is 65-75 lbs. I've also heard that the recommended torque for the lugs is 80 lbs. Anyone with TTIIs have the right answer?

That is where mine are at. I do check them on occasion also. I have found they will loosen slightly after some miles.
